Today,...

In the morning...
Breakfeast with fruit and salad? check!
Yogurt? check!
1,5 lt plain water? check!
Exercise? Check!
(Tadi gue treadmill 30 menit, keringat pun membanjiri tubuh dengan dasyatnya...kekekeke. Dan baru sadar, pas nge- tread, pantat dan paha gue berat banget. Lemaknya pada numpuk disitu selain diperut. ck..ck..ck..)

Lunch...
Tea with milk?...ehem...
Sapo tahu seafood? satu mangkok besar ajah gitu....
1 glass avocado juice
Plain water? 2 gelas ajah...

cemilan...
1 tangkup sandwich...
2 gelas teh botol...
1 gelas coffee cream...

Dinner...
1 Piring nasi goreng
1 potong fudge chocolate
1 potong oreo strawberry
4 glass plain water...

Kesimpulan : HIDUP SEHAT HARI INI? GAGAL TOTAL!
